ENGLISH: The adoration of Sri Ramakrishna to women was extraordinary. He showed to them all the recognition and trust. To Him, all of them were the forms of the Divine Mother. He had deep love and respect for His mother, for His guru (teacher) the Bhairavi Brahmani, for His spiritual consort Sarada Devi, and all the other women with whom He had contact during his life.

Swami Chetanananda: Sri Ramakrishna

Ramakrishna vivió sólo cincuenta años, pero el impacto de su vida y mensaje es inmenso. No es posible para la gente común comprender la grandeza de los avataras, por eso tratamos de comprenderlos a través de las palabras de los grandes pensadores y eruditos del mundo.
Romain Rolland, un escritor francés y ganador del Premio Nobel, escribió: “Estoy trayendo a Europa, casi inconscientemente, el fruto de un nuevo otoño, un mensaje nuevo del Alma, la sinfonía de la India, llevando el nombre de Ramakrishna. … El hombre cuya imagen evoco aquí era la consumación de dos mil años de vida espiritual de trescientos millones de personas.”
El famoso historiador inglés Arnold J. Toynbee escribió: “El testimonio de Sri Ramakrishna sobre la armonía de las religiones... puede hacer posible que la raza humana crezca formando una sola familia –y, en la Era Atómica, es la única alternativa a nuestra destrucción.”
El líder nacionalista indio Mahatma Gandhi escribió: “La historia de la vida de Ramakrishna Paramahamsa es una historia de religión en práctica. Su vida nos posibilita ver a Dios cara a cara.”
Se dice que hay suficiente religión para odiarnos unos a otros, pero insuficiente para amarnos unos a otros. Las sectas religiosas no son malas, pero el sectarismo es horrible: le enseña a la gente a odiar a los otros. Este mundo sería un lugar terriblemente aburrido si todas las personas se vieran igual, pensaran igual, comieran igual, se vistieran igual, manejaran el mismo tipo de auto, rezaran la misma plegaria, aprendieran las mismas cosas, y murieran por la misma enfermedad.
Vivekananda una vez dijo: “Es el choque de pensamiento, la diferenciación de pensamiento, la que despierta al pensamiento. Ahora, si todos nosotros pensáramos igual, seríamos como las momias egipcias en un museo, mirándonos unos a otros la cara con mirada vacía.”
En este mundo diverso si no podemos vivir juntos en paz, tendremos que morir todos juntos, matándonos unos a otros. El amor une y el odio separa. El odio no puede conquistarse por medio del odio, sólo puede conquistarse por amor. Todos los avataras nos enseñan a amarnos unos a otros, pero la intolerancia religiosa, la estrechez, y la superstición separan a uno del otro.
La variedad es el condimento de la vida. Un restaurant que muestra una lista de varios platos en su menú atrae a mucha gente, porque las personas se aburren si comen la misma comida todos los días. Ramakrishna no daba importancia a la unilateralidad. Él solía decir: “¿Para qué como esta variedad de platos? Para no volverme monótono.” También, él dijo: “Un músico produce un sólo tono en su flauta, mientras que otro crea olas melodiosas en diferentes escalas. Esta es mi actitud. ¿Por qué producir un sólo sonido si tengo un instrumento con siete agujeros?”
En la era actual Ramakrishna interpretó una variedad de notas en su flauta divina y creó una sinfonía para armonizar todos los ‘ismos’ del mundo. Él le enseñó a la humanidad a escuchar la espléndida sinfonía del Alma y realizar la divina unidad en la diversidad de este mundo.

" One night Frank Dvorak (a famous artist of Prague, Austria) had a vision in his dream of the figure of a Saint and he immediately concluded that he (Saint) must be an Indian Saint. He couldn't to know for a long time who was this Indian Saint. After a few months, he got a copy of 'Life and Sayings of Ramakrishna' by Max-Mueller. As soon as he opened it, he found at the beginning a photo of SriRamakrishna Deva. He was thrilled and said : 'Yes, this is the Saint, I had seen in my dream.' He was delighted with joy. He read more about that great Indian Saint.....He desired to paint a long-sized oil-painting of Sri Ramakrishna and wrote letters to Sarat Maharaj and me asking for photos of Sri Ramakrishna in different postures. Sarat Maharaj sent him. Dvorak was a bit worried because he wanted a photo with Thakur's eyes open. One day he was deeply thinking about this and nearly lost his consciousness. At that time he had a vision of Sri Ramakrishna. Sri Ramakrishna, with his eyes open, was radiating rays from his serene face...Just before finishing his painting, he wrote a letter to me enquiring about the exact colour of Sri Thakur's gerua cloth. I tore a small portion of my silk turban and sent. He made the colour of Sri Thakur's cloth exactly the same as the sample which I sent.....After finishing Sri Thakur's painting, he did another oil-painting of Sri Sarada Devi which was also incomparable.....(translated and edited)

Separating from the limited ego, and integrating with the intelligence only, ask yourself with love: ”What is the divine consciousness?  It is your own comprehension, understanding, and intelligence, which is no more limited by the names and forms. These names and forms are created by the intelligent Consciousness. It is pure Spirit and Presence, and not any fantasy or imagination. This awareness makes you manifest all energy. The  joy spontaneously  swims within in harmony! The Guru Ramakrishna exhorts this indescribable experience  out of His mercy,benevolence  and sympathy.

se  sumerge sólo en la dulzura,

The sweetness of God covers everything, permeates everything. The life itself  becomes sweet with its existence. In this world, while a mother feeds a baby; when a lover loves the beloved, this sweetness only that permeates everything. Everything here comes out, continues and  dissolves only in this sweetness. With the proper understanding of this, one begins enjoying this sweetness. RAMAKRISHNA exhorts to us that we adore this God of sweetness, enjoy this blessed life of divine grace!
